Provides users with notifications of changes to their chosen High Court cases as recorded in The Courts Services web-site. Changes include opponents filings and Registrar's entries. Users therefore secure advance notice of opponents filing motions - lay litigant filings -which may never be served - perfected orders, list positions etc. This keeps litigators one step ahead.
Users select any combination of High and Circuit Court lists - when the chosen list is published or amended, users are notified. Thus users no longer need to concern themselves about missing a positive Call-Over list or the publicaton of a Provincial Circuit list again. Furthermore users benefit from the earliest possible notification of the publication of their chosen list maximising preparation time for same.
This optional add-on (free to all subscribers) provides a daily list of every High Court case issued the previous day. The data arrives in the form of an email and comprises the case name and record number. This is beneficial for keeping an eye on what types of cases and clients are coming before the courts. Practitioners also may utilise this data to notify clients (or potential clients) of an incoming writ.
Another optional add-on recently introduced as part of our our commitment to providing the best possible service is our Client Tracking System. The user maintains a list of clients or 'targets'. In the event of a case being issued by or against the target list users receive an email so advising. This add-on is also free to our subscribers.
